Main types of predictive diagnostics
Predictive maintenance can be carried out both with the motor switched off and while it is running. In the first case, the motor condition is assessed without mechanical load, using tests such as insulation resistance testing, polarisation index, capacitance and inductance measurement, and continuity testing.
